Important information about procedures for the Custodian account.
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. Client is required to provide the following information, among other items, on the Confidential Client Profile; name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow Advisor to confirm Client’s identity. In addition, Advisor may also ask to see a valid driver’s license or other identifying documents.

COLLECTION OF PHONE NUMBERS
We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them to us, for example, during account applications, inquiries, or when you sign up for our services.
USE OF PHONE NUMBERS FOR SMS
Your phone numbers are primarily used to provide you with personalized services and updates. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy. We use telephone service provider to send all SMS communications to users who have opted in.
OPTING OUT OF MARKETING MESSAGES
If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing SMS from us, you can opt out by

Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us.
